Dear SAINTS Football Player, Cheerleader and Parent:
Please read all the information in this letter; it contains important details about changes in registration procedures, equipment handout, and more. This is some of the information you need to know, so please read this information and print a copy.

Christina Lynch and Gina Smart will co-chair the Parents Association; this position will coordinate various activities. This includes activities at Camp, Mother’s Mass, Communion Breakfast, Snack Stand, Various Fundraisers and more! We have said it before, this organization is yours, it is not a clique, please offer to join in and help! PARENTS MEETING
The date and place for this year’s beginning of the season meeting, with at least one parent from each family encouraged to attend, will likely be Thursday, August 7th at 6:30 PM. The date depends on when we can start practice. We will meet at St Cyril’s Social Hall (if available) or another venue will be announced. Please mark this date on your calendar and plan to attend the meeting so we can make this coming season a great experience for your child/children. Remember, we are working together, for the name on the front of the Jersey, not the name on the back.

REGISTRATION
Online registration will open February 10th 2025. Registration will remain open until early September but late fees will apply monthly beginning June 1. ANY BOY NOT REGISTERED BY JULY 1st, WHEN JERSEY’S ARE ORDERED, WILL PROBABLY NOT HAVE THEIR JERSEY FOR CAMP. PLEASE BE SURE ALL INFO IS CORRECT: DIVISION, GRADE, ETC!!!!
Registration fee is $200.00 for football until June 1st. The fee will increase by $25 on July 1st, August 1st, and August 15th. Cheerleading registration is $75.00 until June 30, then late fees will apply. (The late fee is not something we want to do; however, last minute registrations are costly to our program and a huge inconvenience for planning the season.) We provide ample opportunity to register on time. Links for football & cheerleading registration can be found on our website saintscyo.com.

Please tell your friends about the registration information!!!!! Notices are being sent to all Parishes affiliated with our program.
E-MAIL & SOCIAL MEDIA: Do not give us your child’s e-mail address at registration, we are not permitted to, nor will we communicate with the kids, through e-mail or any Social Media. Our only lines of Communication, off the field, with the parents is via e-mail, Team Snap and “X”.
AD BOOK & FUNDRAISING
A successful ad book, along with only 1 or 2 other fundraisers, have allowed us to give the kids (football and cheerleaders) top quality equipment, colored team and individual portraits, plus keep the cost of registration and camp fees at a minimum (even at $200 or $75 we are the lowest around), and our $120 camp fee for football does not cover the expense of camp but we can maintain this fee as long as we have successful fundraisers. It also allows us to continue the tradition of a beautiful tribute to the Mom’s at our annual Mother’s Mass. The increasing expense of league fees, officials, home game décor and field material, etc., all of these things take money; it takes a lot of cooperation and help to raise this money. The AD Book is our main fundraiser. THIS YEAR CHRISTINA LYNCH AND GINA SMART HAVE VOLUNTEERED TO CO-CHAIR OUR AD BOOK/BOOSTER PROGRAM. Anyone interested in helping them out please e-mail them (e-mail address is in the Parents Assn section of this letter) this is not a one-or two-person job, please offer them your assistance to help our kids. The AD book drive will start around June 1st in order to get banks and car dealers etc. E-mail Lori or Christine to offer your help.
EQUIPMENT DISTRIBUTION
Equipment handout dates (sometime in June) will be announced later, pending the return of our helmets from re-certification. Players must be at equipment handout to be fitted for game jersey’s, helmets, and shoulder pads.
PRE-SEASON CONDITIONING
The St. Cyril’s & St. Vincent’s summer CYO conditioning camp will begin Tuesday, July 15th. The camp will be every Tuesday and Thursday, at Syzmanek Park, Warminster, 6:30 to 8:00, there is no charge for this camp. Remember, this is not a SAINTS function, we just offer the information, and this is an open camp, offered to anyone in any sport, boys and girls. Campers should wear t-shirts, shorts, and cleats. PLEASE HYDRATE EARLY AND BRING WATER!!!!!!! IF YOU ARE PURCHASING NEW CLEATS, PLEASE GET THEM SO THE KIDS CAN BREAK THEM IN AT CONDITIONING!!!!!!!!!!!!!
FOOTBALL CAMP IS AUGUST 22, 23, 24. CAMP IS FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED, SO REGISTER EARLY!!!!!! This year, due to another increase from Diamond Ridge, the fee will be $120.00, and is due in August.
PICTURES FOR FOOTBALL & CHEERLEADING WILL BE AUGUST 25th, AT ST CYRIL’S!!!! TIMES WILL BE ANNOUNCED.
PLEASE REMEMBER THAT ANY PLAYER OR CHEERLEADER THAT DOES NOT ATTEND CATHOLIC SCHOOL AND IS ENROLLED IN PREP CANNOT COME TO PRACTICE IF THEIR PREP CLASS IS THE NIGHT OF PRACTICE!!!!!
